The Health Innovation Hub announces the appointment of Dr. Teodor Blidaru as Project Manager, responsible for the technical and executive coordination of the entire project.

Teodor Blidaru brings extensive experience, combining strategic work within the Ministry of Health, academic activity at the “Carol Davila” University of Medicine and Pharmacy, and medical practice specializing in radiology and imaging.

“We want this project to become a catalyst for the development of the health innovation ecosystem in Romania. The first generation of projects we will develop within the Hub, as presented during the public launch in May, will prioritize building Romania’s capacity to conduct clinical trials as well as educating the population about chronic diseases. In the immediate future, it is crucial to operationalize the Hub by empowering internal working groups and involving all strategic partners. I am honored to contribute to the Hub’s development as Project Manager, and I am confident that this initiative can serve as a best-practice example among similar structures in Europe.”
