  • Encouraging Romanian research teams and entrepreneurs to carry out complex, interdisciplinary projects that make a net contribution to the development of Romania’s healthcare system and economy.

  • Facilitating access to and the exchange of best practices in health innovation, in an accelerated manner, with similar structures at the international level.

  • Stimulating the development of pragmatic, innovative solutions for selected healthcare priorities.

  • Expanding research, development, and innovation capacity in the healthcare sector, aiming for results that can be integrated into the delivery of health services for the benefit of Romanian patients.
